“This establishment and the entire staff are the kindest/caring people I've came across as far as doctors go!! Dr. Igor and Dr Heather Portor and soo amazing!! They're laid back , they really do care about you and your health. They are the type of people that go out of they're way to help you. They've been very lenient with me due to a bad situation of my father being ill, and so that truly is a wonderful thing, and gives me the opportunity to spend more time with my dad before he passes. The entire staff has always been friendly to me. The doctors. The place is nice. They moved locations but there are the best and know how to treat your pains with sincere care.”

“Beware!!!! The only reason I gave this practice one star is because there wasn't an an option for a zero. My husband has been Discriminated against due to a disability and has been fired from this practice for no justifiable reason. He was asked to leave his job early in the middle of a shift for a pill count and because he could not get off work they discharged him after decades of an operable back pain. The office staff is extremely rude and on multiple occasions, refused to answer the phone or portal messages. If you are looking for pain management with true empathy, kindness, and compassion, don't walk... RUN from this practice! There are doctors in this town who truly and genuinely care unlike this provider and the entire clinic. Completely unprofessional and rude.”

“I've been a patient at Omega PM for almost a decade & they have improved my quality of life for the Better. They are kind & understanding of my pain & they manage it without overdoing it on meds your safety is key at their Practice & I love that about them, Dr. Igor helps reduce my back pain with Back Abrasions & they help the pain from the Arthritis in my spine for up to 7 months some people it helps up to a year. They are the Best at what they do & I wouldn't want to go to anyone else because the Nurses, NP's & Dr. IGOR, Really Listen to me personally & Professionally. The Receptionists are nice too. This Staff as a whole is truly a Dream Team who welcomed me kindly from the first time I became their patient after all these years they haven't wavered away from who they are.
