What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“I had read the reviews before going so was already on edge about going to my first patient appointment. Seeing the reviews stated he DOES NOT LISTEN TO PATIENT and looks at you as someone only seeking pain medications (opioids) I still went! It is exactly as all the bad reviews state. I have to ruptured disc L4-L5 penetrating a root nerve in which is causing excruciating pain along with major leg numbness and loss of motor skill functions of my legs! I have been prescribed numerous medications along with 2 muscle relaxers so the doctor Mr. Ali comes in and does a quick assessment goes over my MRI and states the obvious already known and try's prescribing me a 3rd muscle relaxer .!? I Firmly quoted I will no take a 3rd muscle relaxer and his first and only response was "It's not always about opioids"!!!! No one said anything about pain medications most certainly not anything about (opioids) for his response to be what it was! Completely unprofessional. So with his response I then asked for a cortisone shot until I was able to see the neuro surgeon scheduled in the following weeks right after he jus admitted I was having NERVE PAIN he dents the shot and still tries to continue prescribing me a 3rd muscle relaxer! I would suggest everyone else to do the research before committing to this office/doctor as I experienced the exact same treatment as it states in every bad review against this place. If your not 80-90+ and on your death bed this will not be the place for you GUARANTEED very un caring and unprofessional I would give ZERO STARS if wasn't forced to select 1 just to leave a review!”

“I have been coming to this office for 5 years. They have always addressed my pain and have never made me feel less than because I have it. The only thing I wish is I'd like to also take THC cbd gummies intermittently for pain and nerves, anxiety etc but they will not allow the use of any THC. So I have to forgo the THC. Looking for a doctor that will allow a low dose THC/CBD gummy. I heard there was one in Columbus but wish I could find one closer.”

“My 1st visit was a little disheartening, because of how the conversation started. I felt that there was some assumption before I could even fully tell my truth. However, I believe Dr Ali to be very knowledgeable, professional and present physician. It's as if he had already brainstormed a a plan to help me, and my insurance already agrees. That being said, I'm putting a lot of hope and healing coming my way. I've seen several physicians, and they offered very little. Whilst a cut the outside of your body identifes as a injury, pain and hurt. A broken spot in your body is a lot harder to understand, empathize with or to treat. It's a little arthritis, does not mean it doesn't hurt, or that it hinders you so badly you can barely move. The arthritis in my arthritic index finger hurts so bad a times I can barely handle it, imagine a entire spine that has been diagnosed. Not everyone is drug abuser or seeker. But being denied pain care because of others issues is morally wrong. Eventually the hurt will be at a breaking point.”
