“Update: 8-24-2023 I have been living in another state for 2 months...but today I received a NO SHOW/LATE FINAL WARNING LETTER! This shows how messed up this place really is. I had 2 appointments, 1 in Feb. 2023 and 1 in March 2023. Both I showed up to on time! I have yet to be reimbursed for being charged a co-pay for one of those visits that my insurance company let me know I was not supposed to be charged for!!! Yet, this office has been paid for both of my visits. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- This office is the most unprofessional experience I have had with a medical office. I feel I give him respect & he also gives me respect. He is the most caring Dr. I've ever had. His staff go out of their way to make you comfortable.
