“This is my third visit with Dr. Robinson. Each time, I waited an hour past my appointment time just to go back into a room. Not once has he listened to what I'm feeling, sent me for nerve testing on my arm when my problem is my neck. Told me I have a bulging disc and to do injections, put on a video and walked out. Never came back to answer questions about injections. Not once has he explained the issues I'm dealing with. Had to have a chiropractor and physical therapist explain that I have bone spurs with a bulging disc at the base of my neck and cervical instability at the top. I do not recommend coming to this doctor if you are not wanting to be medicated and actually helped. Let me add, my appointment was at 9:30 a.m. I arrived at 9:20 a.m. was not seen by the doctor until 10:40 a.m. and he decided to talk over me while explaining and tell me that I'm wrong. He also said that Dr Kersner, who did my nerve testing, lied to me and My arm test should have helped my neck”
