However, I decided not to continue with the treatment he suggested (an ablation) because he never took the time to explain in detail what it involved. From the first appointment, he was ready to proceed without providing much information or answering my questions. I believe it's important for doctors to take a few minutes to discuss the purpose, risks, benefits, recovery process, and possible alternatives before any procedure.
