“This place is a joke. My husband was a patient here recently for months trying to get a stimulator placed, had multiple appointments, never once even met the actual doctor in person. My husband ended up in the ER this week because his pain has gotten so bad he can barely walk. When the ER doctor contacted Dr. Justiz he lied and said that my husband has refused everything they have tried to do to help. My husband has done everything they asked, the last thing they said he had to do was complete a mental health exam over the telephone and send a payment in the mail for the exam and once that was completed, we could schedule for the stimulator. We did that 3 weeks ago and sent the $$ but Dr Justiz even said my husband refused the mental health exam and I have proof that he did the mental health exam and a bank statement showing we sent the money.. All this place did for months was take our $$ and throw pills at my husband. Disappointmented is an understatement. A lot of wasted time and $$ and now my husband is in agony and we have to start over with a new pain physician.”

During my visit he spoke of everything he was doing as he was doing it, even letting me know when to expect a little pressure or pain. It was an incredible experience overall. “Be cautious! I have the same office copay at every visit and they collect it everytime without fail. However, they later came back and said I didn't pay my co-pays and asked I pay them all at once. When they've been collecting the same amount every time. Of course they prefer you always pay in cash so there's no recourse to say they've applied your payments incorrectly. I've been going to this clinic for several months and have never even seen the Physician. Only the nurses and PA. It would be nice to know who is overseeing your care and be able to talk to someone when you feel the staff isn't reporting payments like they should be. Trust your instincts, either pay the fee for the credit card transactions so you have proof of payment or get a receipt (and keep it) to prove you make the payments. Don't be too trusting like I was.”

“I have repeatedly tried to contact the doctors with questions but have not received any call backs. On one occasion, I called to confirm whether I should avoid taking a specific medication, only to receive incorrect information. After receiving an injection, I was left to walk out on my own and nearly fell, with the front desk staff being the only ones to assist, as the nurse had no time to help. Additionally, I had planned for an injection based on the quoted price of $95. I took time off work, rearranged my family schedule, only to find out the day before that the actual cost was $390. I submitted a respectful complaint, expecting to be heard and treated with respect. However, instead of addressing the issue, the office canceled all of my upcoming appointments without informing me. The level of professionalism shown by the staff is disappointing. I would advise others to seek a medical office that values patient care and communication.”
