“Was unfairly discharged as a long term patient due to 1 no call in a year, accused of being late when the office changed my appt time, and because I wrecked my car on the way to my appt and was told if I didn't show up I would be terminated. Laura, the office manager, is not professionally adequate with untimely call returns. Stated that I was discussed with the "team" and they didn't want me back as a patient. Stated they sent me a letter i didn't receive and now, 5 months later decided to add it to mychart. Also stated the "procedure" team at the hospital doesn't want me back either. Stated if and only if they kept me as a patient, I would be randomly drug tested and sign a contract on a prescription NOT prescribed by that office. I disregarded his reviews on here as it was not what I experienced, however, the reviews seem very adequate for the treatment I received.”
