“I live 3 hours away from this place, they have been no help to me at all. After consultation appoint, another appointment was made for me a month later for an injection. I was told I would receive a text message with my arrival time one day prior to my appointment. I received no notification via text, email, or was it listed on my oshcner patient portal. I called myself and wasn't able to get anyone on the phone until I decided to call the main hospital and was finally transferred to pain management and that wasn't until the day of the appointment. All the offered was a reschedule of the appointment for a whole month later. I have been trying to get relief from these people for months. It's like they don't care.”
