“I really appreciate all that was done for me at NYC pain MD, they not only helped with the pain in my knee but after evaluation they also addressed other issues of pain I was feeling in my body. They also gave me advice on controlling my weight which would help with taking pressure off my knees to help eliminate stress and pain off the knee The Doctors are very helpful and extremely supportive, and always ready to answer or explain any questions or concerns you may have. I must say the experience was well worth it and I will definitely recommend trying them.”

“They label themselves as pain management they are not pain management, what you are is orthopedic treatment but not pain management don't be fooled by their name.... And honestly they're lucky that I would even give them that label because they flat out told me they don't know if the treatment works or not they said some people it does some people it doesn't I'm sorry but that right there all that they are trying to do is sell you sound waves that's it, oh and of course the doctor had to say out loud it's always the guys with the missing teeth that just run out of here because they're not getting pills.... And it's funny how they act when it comes down to painkillers cuz yes we are past treatment that doesn't involve surgery so yes I need something to mask the pain cuz that's the best it's going to get so other than his professionalism his smart ass mouth very unprofessional. I'd stay away from him just off that simple fact being professional.....”

“Everyone was kind, caring and attentive. Procedures and realistic expectations, as well as relevant timeframes for efficacy were carefully and thoroughly explained. My only complaint regarding the Queens office is that there are many English speaking clients. It is not an establishment that exclusively serves only Spanish speaking clientele, yet with only a few exceptions, all of the informational posters in the office are written in Spanish. I asked about it and was told by the person at the front desk that I could learn Spanish. I have tried. It's not quite that simple.”
