“My first impression was the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility. Super sparkling clean. The receptionist was cordial and checked me in promptly. Each of the four successive professionals I encountered made me feel at ease as they explained their portion of the process. My wait time between each one was minimal and my epidural was quick and relatively painless once I adjusted my body to lie face down on the table because I could not lie flat. The only downside was that the Doctor came in afterwards and I never saw his face, but he had a gentle manner that immediately put me at ease and although I awkwardly positioned myself, I was able to relax. He explained exactly what I would feel as he proceeded and it was over before I knew it. Bottom line: The Dr had a very nice bedside manner, I really liked the staff, I was treated very well, and they were very organized and efficient.”
