“This is the worst run medical office I have ever seen.1) Every appointment I had was at least an hour behind schedule (and they want you there well before appointment time so you can cool your heels in the treatment room waiting to be seen. 2) at a follow up visit, I was told I they would put a prescription in for me. I called the next day because my pharmacy hadn't received it and was told prescriptions can take up to 72 hours to be approved. Fine. When it still hadn't been submitted a week later, I called again and after checking the the prescribing nurse, I was told the issue was a computer upgrade. Yeah, right. That doesn't pass the smell test. 3) This week, I called with a billing question. I was on hold and then sent to voicemail. I left a message with my name, phone number and reason for calling. 3 days later, I'm still waiting for a callback. Unless my questions are answered, they won't see another dime from me.”

“This place lied to get me as a new patient with false information and $300 and 3hrs of painfully sitting in there business And after the office closed I'm still sitting to here to services I paid for and verified they can do Did not get rendered and told the services aren't offered and no refund of my money after I been lied too misguided and the doctor never even reviewed my medical records and refused to stating that in a week or two probably get back in touch. But most likely the services I was promised will not get rendered still anyway. I want my refund asap or I'm suing. Theo Johnson. I sat from 2:20pm until almost 5:35/5:40 they closed up and never did a full assessment”
