Patient Testimonials
“My official first appointment was 2 hours and 45 minutes waiting for the doctor to get there. Dr Syed was kind and listened we gathered a plan, during the visit with him we had to sit and wait while he fixed his lunch. So my first visit at the outpatient center was not pleasant. The one nurse took her frustration out on me because my paperwork is not properly filled out when they took my information over the phone. So I was so upset on how I was treated I wanted to go home. Dr Syed came in looked at my paperwork and said to the nurse to give me medicine. Then I was given my neck injection. Was checked out by the kindnesses nurse. When you think you're all good, then I start having side effects. I had tremors, too where prescribed medication was apply to control them. Then my second ejection was even worse. This was a lumbar injection, took six tries to get an IV in me until I said no more I want to go home. So Dr Syed said we will do it without it. It has been down hill every since. One of my 28 day visit, they said I tested positive for drugs w/ opioids. So cautious on your monthly urine test. Even though you know you're negative, they do no wrong. So my 7th month check in. The two receptionist chose to scream at me to which window to go to to check in. They didn't like my response so they discharged me. Whoopee! From my experience I would never go here.”

“I've been here for a year . My first time meeting dr sayeed he was welcoming and acted like he cared about what was wrong with me . He scheduled my injections and I'm type 1 diabetic have been since I was 4 , I came in for my injections he said NOTHING and looked pissed , sat me on the table marked my shoulder in the front( no pain there at all ) where my pain was in my back and on my shoulder blade , I proceed to ask him why he's marking me there when pain is my shoulder blade , he turns me around , marks my back in 4 spots and starts injecting me . WORST PAIN EVER , he never told me what I was getting and it's my fault for not asking ( I was so nervous and scared to say something because he already looked annoyed ) . A few weeks later I ended up in DKA and not understanding how and why . Months go by and my sugars still running high and I'm due for another injection . I have a follow up appointment with him and he's asking me questions and I'm telling him I CAN NOT have steroids due to my diabetes he tells me he understands . I come back two weeks later for my pain appt with Jo Ann and it was a different lady this time time named Julia I Believe and she's telling me I'm scheduled on the 21st for a steroid injection by Dr. Sayeed ! I asked her if she could tell me what they gave me for my first injections and she tells me STEROIDS!!! This man does not deserve to be a doctor . He knew I was diabetic and still gave me a round of steroids the first time and then was trying to give them to me AGAIN! He cares about money nothing more !' I still can't believe he was going to give them to again after I just told him TWO WEEKS BEFORE I couldn't get them because my sugars run high and my a1c is 11 . He should be ashamed of him self”

“I have been going to DR Sayheed for about 6 months and I'm 67 years old and my urinalyses came back with Cocaine in it . They had another urine in the box that did not have a name on it. I think that it was not my urine they tested. I have never done Cocaine in my life. They seen me for the last time and acted like everything was ok . Got my medication and then I was told I was Discharged. I don't understand why they will never admit that they made a mistake. I have never had any problem with this Practice but I'm really concerned about the way things were handled. Everyone makes mistakes!!! But I know as a fact I did not have any Cocaine in my system. But I was still discharged . I went to DR Fulton for 22 years and never had any problems. ( May he R.I.P ) . THE DEA handled all the Urinalyses and for all that time I never had anything in my Urine. I just think I should be given another chance. They can give me another Urine or whatever they would like. No one wanted to hear what I had to say. But as a practice in whole I liked going there. I would really like to come back to Dr. Sayheed. I think I should get another chance. This just really sadens my heart.”

“I love seeing Dr. S. He is very good when it comes to new patients. He really tries to narrow down where the pain is coming from, and make a plan to relieve the pain. There is a women at the front desk by I believe her name is Nicole. She's very polite always smiles and does her best to help you with what you need. Energy is amazing she works very hard and tried to accommodate you to the best of her ability. A women works there by name of Linda she's very rude and nasty. She talks to people how ever she likes patients and staff. She's yells and gets disrespectful, and she's just has very nasty energy. She doesn't acknowledge the good her staff do only the bad. She's has 0 patients. Other then that I do wish my medication went back to how it was before my pregnancy, but for some reason they won't put it back to tha. Other then that they been doing better with the wait time and Ms.Joan is very nice and also tries to manage your pain correctly.”
