“This institution has very dishonest billing practices. And has decided to change their agreed upon payment plans in order to charge my wife 5 times the agreed upon amount. This breach of their own contracts is despicable behavior. Edit: it is worth noting that the parking does not call people who go there patients or clients. No they are customers. That was the first red flag for me. In a rather perplexing twist on the story. The receptionist had some of the worst "customer" service skills I have ever seen. Be warned when you see a doctors office with only 4.0 stars you should expect something to be significantly wrong. It should not be difficult as a service provider to offer service worthy of 5.0.”
