Patient Testimonials

If you are able, I recommend you find another pain management practice, at least in the Northside Atlanta area. I first used this practice when I was an inpatient at Northside Hospital. That first experience was fine. Dr. Eidelman is an excellent doctor - really knows her stuff. The problem is once you are out of the hospital and have to deal with this practice as an outpatient. Their is no patient portal where you can ask questions of your doctor, you have to call and leave a voicemail with the nurse. The office staff (scheduling, etc.) and the nurses on the phone are not interested in helping you. It's an unfortunate situation. The doctors are great but they are behind a giant bureaucracy where you can't get to them. And that bureaucracy is not all that interested in helping you. After this experience, I understand why good doctors form their own practices where they can control everything. I moved to a different practice totally managed by the doctors and it was much better experience.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I wish I had read the reviews before I went there... This is my second time putting a review bcuz they deleted my last post. I saw Mr. Dua...worst doctor ever... While I was sitting there in pain, telling him what was hurting, and why he was sitting there, rolling his eyes. I've read the other comments where other people say that they also felt like he didn't care about what they were saying. They had went down to a 2.7 star So I guess they had to get on here and delete somebody's post to bring it up to 3 again. Luckily , I found a new doctor today. I canceled my next appointment with that Doctor and my MRI... Read the reviews on these doctors before you go there. Some of them have got some bad reviews, some more than others.

I have been going to NSH Pain Clinic for about 25 years. I have ALWAYS had very excellent service. All doctors, nurses & staff members are always VERY RESPECTFUL & encouraging. We have tried many modalities & meds for the multiple back fractures, (6 different fractured vertebrae, on 3 different occasions,) fibromyalgia, & bilateral knee replacements that have plagued me. They are great about listening to me & HEARING what is new, different, or the same & making adjustments as needed. Because of an insurance change, I went to another hospital's pain center of great reputation for a couple of years, but I was NOT treated with the same respect & consideration. I was always made to feel like I shouldn't be on chronic pain meds/treatments at the new pain center. That is DEVASTATING to a Chronic Pain patient who JUST wants to be able to function daily! As a now disabled RN, these things are VERY noticed by me! I have always been very careful to follow my contract & keep everything above board & according to orders at both places. I was quick to return to NSH Pain Center for treatment when the insurance thing worked out so. I was welcomed back with opened arms. If I ever have had any questions or concerns, the clinic manager, Heidi, RN always called me back personally & very kindly gave me advice. As did the other nurses, doctors, & even the front desk staff! I can't recommend them any higher, but they deserve it in every way! No matter if it was a procedure, a surgery, a referral, or a change in meds, the staff always ALWAYS very pleasant & helpful & have NEVER treated me in any way other than that of a very respected patient. I appreciate that SO MUCH! I have referred many people to them over the years & will continue to do so. They are the very best in the Atlanta & surrounding areas & I truly am incredibly thankful for their concern & respect, especially in this day & age with all the controversy over different types of pain meds & treatments. Thank you, Northside Pain Center!
