Patient Testimonials

I was extremely disappointed when I went here in search of a solution for chronic pain. I have lupus vascular necrosis and a herniated disc in my lower back. I've tried injections and tons of other medication and nothing has been successful so I decided to try this clinic. Everything went well in the beginning but once I got to the back things took a turn. I was basically treated like a drug addict!!!! I was told because I had a history of marijuana, suboxone and cocaine use back in 2019 that in their policy they can only prescribe me suboxone. Here's the surprising part I've never abused any drugs I've never used cocaine in my life and the suboxone was suggested for pain at the time of use not because of opioid dependency. I was also accused of opioid abuse because it was in my urine sample meanwhile they completely overlooked that I was legally prescribe this medication from the hospital to treat the same issue I was there for in the first place. I have never even used cocaine before and it was not in my urine sample neither was marijuana or suboxone... so I asked them to send the documents stating that I had cocaine in my labs. She said the labs came from OCH pain management in Starkville ms mind you I've never even been to that clinic in my entire life. I ended up leaving because I felt racially profiled and mishandled. They basically treated me like a drug addict and offered no real solution based off false information that they was not true. So after leaving I get a call from the nurse and she says I apologize there was an error on my end I could not find any history of your cocaine use but I'm still going to inform you that if you ever return it'll still be the same result...we will only prescribe suboxone (which doesn't help my pain) and we won't look into any other alternatives. I have never heard of anyone going through this in my life it seems so unreal. They were rude unhelpful and extremely unprofessional. I won't say much more on here but I'm getting to the bottom of this. If you are of a certain demographic I advise against you coming to this place!!!

Don't waste your time here. I was in severe pain in lower back and right leg. I called them and was given an appointment 2 weeks out. Nothing was done but a drug test and an appointment for a MRI, which took an additional week. Waited 2 weeks from the original appointment for a follow up and to get a resolution started. My drug test was clean and MRI results were L5 at S1 has mild buldge pushing on nerves to right leg. I was literally 10 minutes away on the day of appointment and they called to say the provider canceled my appointment. I was given no further explanation, only told that that the nurse would get the message when they were out of clinic. They didn't even offer a reschedule. Keep in mind I never received any pain management at all.

My first appointment, the nurses were great, then the NP came in. Did not make eye contact & even though I had been a good patient at another clinic, & asked her if she had seen my MRI her answers were short & she told me it will a long time before you get pills. It is not all about the pills! I went back to my old clinic where they asked for my contact that was canceled to be sent to them. 2 months without meds & have still not received paperwork! I am a nurse who worked 41 years at the medical center on the concrete floors, with lifting & turning patients plus working 12 to 18 hours. My back is shreds. I think I should be treated with a tiny bit of respect.
