Patient Testimonials
“This place is terrible. On day 1 I had incidents with the data entry Ricky, the way he treat patients is horrible. He argues with them back and forth, I believe he tries to set the tone for how things are run there. Until I met the doctor Dr. Moore, then I understood why. This man is a brute. I missed an appt Oct 1, because my phone broke( they send you reminders).Well they reschedule me for the following week Oct 8th. Well my car broke down, a tree fell in my house and I lost electricity during the hurricane Helene. I got a ride from a friend and I thought my appt was for 9:30am instead it was for 9:00am so I was actually 17 minutes late. While in the way there I called to let them know I was indeed on my way, the lady told me that I was now late and would not be seen and that I wouldn't be seen at all for the month and that ALL APPOINTMENTS HAVE BEEN CANCELED AS WELL. In all my years of living and dealing with doctors, I have missed, rescheduled and been late and I have never seen where a doctor refuse to see you or to reschedule an appt. Their bedside manners in dealing with patients who are in need is horrible. I since found another pain doctor altogether. This doctor talks to you any kind of way, so the staff talks to you any kind of way. This doctor is a terrible choice. Beware Aware of Dr. Moore at North Georgia Pain Clinic at 285 Boulevard NE Unit 640 Atlanta Ga. 30312”

“I like the fact that I usually don't have to wait for a long time. The Medical Assistants are nice and the doctor is friendly most of the time. However, sometimes doctors need to try and put themselves in the patients shoes. Myself personally I have more going on than just back pain, sometimes the pain I have is more debilitating and I take what's prescribed to me for the most part as planned. Sometimes I have gone of course but not on purpose. I'm satisfied with Dr. M. He is really a nice person if you learn him. Thank you staff at the Atlanta office.”

“Dr Morrison has restored my ability to work, and live my life to the fullest possible. I had seen several other pain doctors, and had had many epidurals, as we as radio frequency nerve ablation. Nothing was helping my uncontrolled chronic pain. Dr. Morrison's ability to preform regular epidurals has been nothing short of a miracle in my life. I am extremely grateful for him, and the North Georgia staff.”

“My daughter moved to Georgia and was looking for a new pain management doctor. North Georgia pain clinic was recommended. She tried for 5 months to see one of these doctors. After she jumped through all their hoops and got all the info they asked for she was told by the clinic they would not take her as a patient. When she asked why they said we don't take your insurance. She found out they do take her insurance so she called back and told them. They called her back and said we do not owe you an explanation why we will not see you. So they lied and said they didn't take her insurance instead of giving her the truth. I've worked in the medical field for over 15 years and never have we told a patient we do not owe you an explanation. Very poor practice and horrible doctors that would tell a young lady who suffers from 4 chronic illnesses. Shame on them. People need to know what kind of doctors they are seeing.”
