Nurse Shelly, other nurses and the front desk staff were all so welcoming and patient. The office was very full of patients buy the staff took their time with me. The professionalism and kindness was surprising. Dr. Caudill helps calm your nerves with a wonderful sense of humor. Miss Shelli was wonderful too. Maddie took care of me with the paperwork. Just a wonderful experience overall experience. Holly referred me to visit Dr. Caudill and she has been with him 20 plus years and told me he was a wonderful Dr and helped her so much. Dr. C and his staff are exceptional. I felt like family was caring for me.”

“I never could imagine how good a doctor's interaction could be . This doctor and his staff literally all walk around with smiles on their faces they are a family . The doctor exceeded my expectation of the level of actually listening caring and treating me like a person before treating me like I was a patient . He was so amazing and his beautiful soul was so toxic If you want to have your life and your pain managed efficiently I can't see it getting any better than this doctors office They did there jobs so well yet catered to my needs as If they'd known me for years This place was so awesome that I want to write and write and write but I'm going to leave you with this You can search for people to be the authors of your destiny or you can attract the destiny you want for your health . “The process for new patient appointments is frustrating and not based on a patient centered care model. Not once during the 6 months process did anyone care about my Aunt. After a lot of back and forth with insurance she suffered a great deal of pain and was never seen further delaying her care. Don't waste your time, find another pain management provider with caring staff.”
