As a pain doctor, I imagine he sees a lot of clients and it is too easy to become overwhelmed and burned out by the volume of people who become patients, and not really listen to anybody's problems. “Wanted to redo this review since it's been almost a year. Dr Chandy and his staff have made quite the turn around. After some restructuring it seems that things operate at a much better level. Honestly the only reason I that I won't give them 5 stars is that the staff have a tendency to let your bills and copays accrue to a ridiculous amount of money. I myself have been asked to pay over 400 bucks all at once, on two different occasions. I'm not quite sure what their deal is with that, but that is my only real complaint. There should be 100% transparency when it comes to costs incurred when it comes to going to a doctor or seeking medical care.”

“Excellent Dr. and PA and the front desk is very friendly. The Dr. always helps my pain and does his best to help. Only thing is this functional test they do now makes me in more pain. After this test I was hurting more getting shooting stabbing pains. I know they have to do it cause of a insurance. But still kills me. But love it there.”
