Patient Testimonials

The staff was very nice and helpful. They make sure you feel comfortable and make sure that you feel confident in yourself with the step that you're making to get help. The staff also brings a smile to my face anyways because of their kindness and generosity. I think people should try this doctor because the doctor and their staff members are genuinely nice, truly an influence and really about their work.

My experience here was great at first, but then it all went very wrong. I eventually got my pain under control with a very helpful doctor, but then 2 days before my appointment I get a letter saying I was dismissed from their practice. I was just very confused. I had got a tooth pulled and got another prescription. I called to let them know before my Mother had went to drop off the paper to pharmacy and the lady told me she would let the 2 girls know. I tried to call and explain to them that I had informed them that I got a different prescription and they very extremely rude saying they went over the contract with me. However I was given a piece of paper told to read and initial it. I was not told if I got a different prescription I was supposed to bring it in to the practice. On paper it says to notify them. Well I did notify them and when explained to them again they were very rude yet again to me. Now I am stuck trying to find a different pain management. So now I suffer due to lack of communication between the people at that office. And the sad part is I really did like and communicate well with my doctor.

I had a positive experience. Straight and to the point, explained procedures, everything as expected, very accommodating. Kind of long wait, but understandably so having just recently replacing all but 1 employee. Nice to see a friendly face. All in all rather pleased. I must say equally I have been with Tabitha and her staff as swell. They were family and made me always feel welcome. Tabitha really did have your best in mind and heart. Will miss her as well.

I was just recently discharged from the pain clinic after being there 3 years. It's a long and complicated situation that caused my discharge and even though I told the complete truth about what happened, I still violated my contract. Tabitha Garrison and the nursing staff and front desk were all wonderful people and helped me with my pain and I'm very thankful for them. Whenever someone gets discharged, they are quick to blame everyone except themselves. I created my situation and I got myself put out, just me! Thanks again for all the great help guys!!
