North American Spine and Pain - Pain Management in Paoli, Pennsylvania

“I have been going North American Spine and Pain, Paoli Office. I've had back for so many yrs I dont know how far back it started, maybe 25+ yrs. I have several things going on with my back. It has gotten alot worse over the yrs. I have seen soo many Dr.s over the yrs. They all tell me what's going on, but never have a solution to help with the severity of the pain! 1st I have to say all the staff have friendly & helpful. Dr. Chandi has been really great. He's spent enough time with me at regular office Visits, to try & get as much Medical History on me as possible. So far I've had 3 miner procedures on my back. I just love the nurse that helps to get you ready, before you into have the procedure. She is always smiling, laughing & talks to you while you are getting ready. She's actually makes me laugh, which does calm my nerves some. She's awesome, does her job & makes you more comfortable & adese about what you are there to have done. Dr.Chandi has done 3 procedures on my back so far. NOT GONNA LIE, THOSE NEEDLES HURT. But he is very gentle, let's you know what he's doing the whole time. & it takes few minutes & you're done... He gave me information to pass along to another Dr. So they're on the same page! Which I'm glad that he's cautious enough to make sure my other Dr.s are up to date with what's going on.. I've only seen Andrew 1 time for a follow up! Andrew was very nice, asked alot of questions & explains everything if you have any questions.... The girls at the front desk, (I know they are very busy with those phones) but they are very pleasant & helpful. I just want to thank them all of the Paoli Office for making this whole experience alot easier on me. I'm really thankful that I was lucky enough to have a friend/neighbor referring to them. We need more medical offices like this office of people”

“I have been seeing them since late summer or early fall of 2020 and they have always been great. No complaints...I have seen Dr Chandi as well as Missy and they are both kind as can be and listen to you when they come in the room to talk to you. They urine test also which tells you they aren't just a money greedy pill mill and actually care just solely about your pain being well managed...but about your overall well being also. In addition I'm hardly ever in the waiting room beyond 10 minutes...even when I show up early. Idk about all the complaints here but I give them two thumbs up and I highly recommend them.”

“This place is fine if you just show up for your regular monthly appointments. But should you have something where you have a sudden increase in pain, don't expect them to help you. They are a pain management clinic and yet they have done nothing for the severe back pain I've had for over a month! I saw the PA Andrew Russell in the Paoli office on Friday Dec. 2. He prescribed a prednisone pack for me which helped a little. I've been trying to get another round of this medication for a week! A doctor was supposed to call me between 3:30-4:30 this afternoon and nobody called me. The last time I called into the office I was told, they were very busy and everyone is in pain. They had to see the patients in the office and I was blown off as not important! Their patients should not have to suffer for weeks just to get relief! Guess I'm going to be heading to urgent care or the ER because I'm not important enough to them, despite the fact I've been going to this place since January 2021. How dare they treat patients like this! Stay away from this practice. You're nothing but a number to them if you need immediate pain issues addressed. They don't care one iota and they don't respect patients's time. When you say you're going to call a patient you call them! I've had it! These people finally called me back and told me the PA wouldn't call in the prednisone pack but didn't have anything else to give me. I told them how much pain I'm in and they simply don't care. Most likely I'm going to end up in the ER because I've got to get this pain under control. But stay away from this place. They wouldn't help you even if you were bleeding on the floor in front of them. They let you suffer for no reason under the sun and they are both negligent in their manor and duty to help the patients who come to them because of pain. If you like to suffer and be treated like a number, this is the perfect place for you. If not, run far away from them.”
