“I honestly dont even want to give a star. This place just pushes and pushed injections. People who come in and are treated like drug users pass their tests with flying colors every other month are being turned away and told to take injections or else. Why? If something doesn't work, but something has been working for 15 plus years with MRIs, Xrays of the issues, why with someone who has a great standing history with PM for years. Why not care for them with what works. Its like a game. These Dr's dont actually care. You are just a clicked pay check rush rush get off the phone or leave. I spend no more than 2 min in years with these people. No more than 2 min each call. Last week I timed my call 2:43. And thats 2 min not 2 hrs. How can someone care for you knowing you for 2 min at a time. Not once has my conditions been talked about just here's your meds that dont work bye. Its sad and its hurtful when i am seeking help. And i cant go to any other dr for the help i actually need or else they blackball you and threaten you. I am literally crying hurting. My conditions won't get better they will only get worse. Why do I have to suffer when ive been good and constantly threatened. I am just so tired. You push people to the ends. This world is so cruel.”

“Your establishment was supposed to order a back brace for me in September of this year. After numerous calls and two personal visits to the Modesto office I received absolutely ZERO help at all. Finally after nearly 2 months I somehow was able to reach Delia who truly took my situation seriously and labored for two weeks daily until I finally received my brace. I feel indebted to her and appreciate her greatly. Your modesto patient service SUCKS and as a medical professional facility you should be ashamed of your lack of concern and professionalism. “We're to start I have been without my medication for 2 weeks now have called multiple times same answer ther with someone else and will get back to me OH but get this they telll u stay by ur phone I have been very sick without my meds I went to multiple appointments couldn't get me on within 2 hrs im the only one in there after they r close im sorry im a single dad and veteran I went early and still couldn't get me in and look at me like it my fault one time the office manager came out to look me up at the computer and tells the medical assistant oh I no y we got rid of him gave me a dirty look like im some drug addict I was embarrassed never met her in my life it is just sad how u treat a former soldier who served this country proudly for ur freedom thank u but I already no this review will never get us the help we need thank u have a blessed day”

“They sent my medicine to get filled at RX a month ago. The RX has sent a fax to them and never get a response. I have called and still have not heard anything from them. They also sized me for a knee brace 5 months ago and they say it's the insurance. The insurance says they never received anything from them.”
