“I decided to see pain management I suffer from PH I have unbearable pain this was my worst experience with Dr Nicholas & it started when he prescribed pain meds to me I take clonazepam because I get tremors & anxiety daily if I don't take it. Mr. Nicholas never told me I couldn't take it with oxycodone he just said he would not prescribe it to me so I told him that was ok cause my ph dr was going to continue to fill it for me. He never said I couldn't take them together as I've been for 16+ years. He also saw that my dr called a Rx in to Walmart witch I never picked up cause I moved to Willcox my Rx was sent to the wrong pharmacy so he accused me of filling Rx at different pharmacy. Very disappointed at the way I was treated & accusing me of filling Rx at different pharmacies. The only Rx I take are the ones prescribed to me I'm very careful of what I take & I don't abuse my prescriptions. I will be filing a complaint of the un necessary mis treatment of Nicholas Elkins!”
