“I have read the reviews and have a completely different experience. As a patient at the LaGrange clinic I have not been treated so kindly like others there say they have or had a positive interaction with the staff or my own doctor even. I was referred by a friend and he even referred the doctor I nominated. Are we able to request a change in doctors? and how do we make a complaint? I mean every time I call I get transferred and the person I'm supposed to talk to does not answer the phone and when I leave a voicemail, none of my calls are returned and it's in been over a 10 days. I live over an hr away from the clinic and as a disabled veteran I cannot just jump in the car and drive as normal.”

“Their Customer Service is poor...specifically Heaven in Scheduling. She should pack patience with her job and the management staff Sheena is definitely no better. I can assure you with how she addressed the service, or lack thereof, she is in no position to lead. She made every excuse in the book as to why she responded in the way she did...and never once apologized for her employees actions. I'm sorry...being the only one left to answer calls while your coworker is on lunch is NO EXCUSE to be rude and overtalk someone! Sheena evidently thinks she's above authority...when asked who she reports to she stated the CEO. She argued she cannot offer his number while the entire time I asked for an email to report her. For a center that should be founded on caring they for sure dropped the ball and lost my trust in wanting to ensure I'm taken care of.”
