Patient Testimonials

I see so many horrible reviews and I am shocked. I have been a patient for over a year and I have not experienced a quarter of the horror I am reading in these reviews. Dr. Casiano is absolutely AMAZING! He educates, listens and makes certain you understand your situation, options and plan. His team can move a little slow to return messages but being patient and understanding that they have MANY other patients to care for could be helpful. I personally would rather his team take their time to get the issue/matter handled correctly the first time rather than rushing and making a costly mistake. I will admit. When I need a response sooner and it's a matter that can not wait, I have gone to the office and they are always willing to help. Also, the office supervisor is really good with ironing out any problems should you come across any pertaining to Rx, referrals, contacting your doctor or just a front desk representative with an attitude. Lastly, the long wait times people continue to speak of is news to me. I always arrive maybe 10-15 minutes before my appointment and I go to check in.... Before my clipboard and I make it to the seat, that door swings open and I am called back. This isn't the kind of office to arrive 45 mins early and expect to go straight back. I've only ever seen Dr. Casiano and a few times with Trent....... Both are TERRIFIC! Very down to earth guys, knowledgeable and it's never been a time I left a visit with either of them and had any negative feelings. Dr. Casiano also has done a number of injections on me, I have bad anxiety and he has always took the time to make sure I was comfortable and was patient with me every times. Now, The bathroom being disgusting is closer to a true statement. The bathrooms at McDonald's are too, but you still use it if you have to Go. It's a Pain clinic, let's not forget the reason you're going. You fuss that they are slow and wait times are excessive but at the same time complain that more time should be spent cleaning the bathrooms.

I've been coming here for about 2 years and haven't really had any major problems -- until now. Just a heads-up for anyone new: when you do the urine screening, it's literally a cup with no lid. Restroom reaks of urine sitting around, and it's pretty gross. Also, if you ever have to miss an appointment -- for any reason -- they hit you with a $50 fee. My 81-year-old mom was in the ER with a broken hip and three blood clots, and I still got charged. I've never missed a single appointment before this, but they didn't care one bit. And don't expect much time with the doctor either -- you get about two or three questions in before they're halfway out the door. Just being honest here: it used to be decent, but it's gone downhill.

Speaking of the Surgery Center...Efficient, efficient, efficient...they have Procedural Medicine down to a science. Would have given 5 stars if the waiting area chairs were a little more comfortable, however, if you're there for a procedure, you won't be in them long. They are just that efficient.

I want to say the doctor i had Dr Chang was wonderful. I went to all my appointments except one follow up because my car had broke down. I had an appointment for a shot in my back. I had to go off my blood thinners for a week before hand and my son had to make arrangements to be off work so he could be with me because someone has to drive you home. So i did all this and the day of the procedure they call me that morning and said i cant have it done because i didn't come into the follow up a month before. This is unacceptable and sorry office work. They had a month to tell me and they waited till that morning not caring about all the arrangements i had to make. I cancelled all my appointments. I dont want anyone putting a shot in my back from people that care so little. Wont be going back
