“Most of the problems I had with this office was with the NPJoy. I'm not sure if she treats all of her patients with disrespect but she definitely did disrespect me. From my first follow up appointment my concerns were minimized and I was talked to as though what I had to say was inconsequential or just plain stupid. I gave her some grace assuming she may have been having a bad day or dealing with some other more serious issue. At my next appointment I was having some moderately severe hip pain that she did not seem to want to be bothered with since my initial issue was my back. She ordered an Xray and told me she would not be contacting me unless something came up on the Xray. After a week of consistent hip pain I called the office to have the Xray released to my primary doctor. Another week of persistent hip pain, I called again but it was never sent. My hip eventually returned to normal but I still think my Xray should have gone where I asked it to go. In any event when I brought it up at my next follow up all she kept doing was to make excuses. She must have enlisted Dr. Talerico as backup because he barges into the exam room demanding to know what the problem was. I said that the problem is that I'm done, meaning I was done being treated so poorly. He said "Fine, you can leave." Also, I'm not sure what the problem is with the billing department but no matter how I pay (cash or credit) they continually double bill and I need to provide them with my receipt. So make sure you save those receipts. Needless to say I will not be going back to this office.”

“Recently changed from the Taft Rd office to here (E. Syracuse) and I think it's more relaxed here and I don't wait long for my appointment. I like the staff, they are very energetic and polite and always seem happy no matter what! Very pleased I decided to stick to continue coming to this location, plus it is closer to my home.”

“I've canceled appointments and did a no call no show once they dismissed me from the practice and said I did 4 no shows when that's not true they don't want you in their office while your sick and hold it against you. Then tell you to send Veronica a letter in hopes of getting back in I sent the letter 3 times never heard nothing back! Waiting on an approval from wc insurance for a nerve study finally got approved now they don't want to do it! My doctor himself was great I loved working with him however how hard they making it to be able to get the test done is ridiculous!”
