“I've been going to pain management at Dr Cean's group in White Plains and Spring Valley for months. Dr Hidalgo originally seemed to be the ideal fit for my bi-monthly exams for multiple injuries. I never met or spoke to Dr Cean. But as time passed so did the level of service. Patients stacked up in the waiting room meant that you had less time to be examined. It was like an assembly line. Today's appt with Dr Hidalgo was over the top. She walked by me in the waiting room and with her right hand she rubbed my upper right leg above my knee brace as if she was greeting me. As prepared with documents as I came with for my case, she barely looked at them and said she didn't have time. I spoke up in my defense since I'm the one in constant pain. She told me she wasn't going to deal with me anymore and call her boss Dr Cean. She then got up ran out of the room making a scene like a 10 year old and in front of about 12 patients and staff, she loudly exclaimed to her assistant to take me off the charts, she's not going to see me anymore. She triggered my anxiety and stress that I was being treated for and put me into harms way. My family and I are seriously upset about this and plan to using the proper channels in addressing this event. This is a serious case of professional misconduct.”
