“Took me 4 weeks to collect all requests information that this establishment demanded. I had 7 different surgeries. 4 weeks to finally get my first appointment, calling once a week and each week they had a different excuse on medical information that I already provided them. No Doctors on their staff, only APRN's per Rosa their manager. Total unprofessional and provided absolutely no help for my medical requirements. Spine totally fused and knee replaced and schedule hip injections and replacement March 19th. Left shoulder and right wrist requires surgeries. I am on no pain medication. Treated me as a drug addict. This establishment is a joke and moving forward. Stay away from this so call pain management.”

“I went here for years and very professional and friendly . I was very happy with this group, everyone from desk to providers were great. So if you're looking for pain center this group is very good. Unfortunately I had to leave due to insurance.”

“I had an appointment for 3 months and they postponed my appointment and told me to come back on 1/21/2025. The manager and staff were very rude. I wouldn't bring my dog here for pain management. The manager threatened to call the cops on me because I opened the window to speak to her. I don't recommend this horrible place to anyone.”

She's friendly, empathetic, energetic and knowledgeable! She never pushes any treatment or medication, but informs of options. I look forward to seeing her every month and appreciate the entire office staff (Now, my pharmacy...that's an ENTIRELY different subject!! UGH!!)”
