Patient Testimonials

Just say no!!! I've been going here for awhile and I always try to give the staff the benefit of the doubt. You never know when someone is having a bad day. But today was the last straw for me. I arrived at 11 o'clock for an 11:20 procedure appointment. The waiting room was packed. Mind you, the waiting room only has 10 chairs and probably had 10 to 15 people there plus whoever their "ride" person was. It is a very small room so you had people crammed everywhere, seated inside, standing inside, standing outside, etc. There were also people in wheelchairs. When I asked how long the wait was going to be the front office staff said probably 40 minutes to even get to a room in the back and then no telling how long it would be after that. I stood there (Sometimes set when a seat became available) for one and a half hours and my back was on fire at this point. All of the people in the waiting room are in my same position. Everyone is told too fast before coming in for the procedure. So you have hungry people and hurting people waiting. At the one and a half hour point, I go to the back to use the restroom and notice that all the rooms are empty and the staff is sitting around eating, Wendy's! I am furious at this point. If they are running behind, they should not be taking a break until they get caught up and they certainly shouldn't be sitting there eating and relaxing while so many people are waiting. I realize that schedules run behind, especially at doctors offices, but this was a little beyond ridiculous! If I had shown up for an appointment one and a half hours late, I wouldn't be seen nor would I expect to. When I told the front office staff that I was leaving, they didn't seem to be surprised or try to do anything to convince me to stay. I am so disappointed in that office. If you can't keep up with your caseload, then you shouldn't be scheduling procedures every 10 minutes. I noticed they respond very quickly and nicely to good reviews so I don't expect any sort of apology from them to my review. Sad, really sad.

The doctors are wonderful! I would rate higher, had a very poor experience on my implant follow up with Office Manager and Nurse Practitioner. Be careful, Nurse Practitioner and Office Manager, I found both overact and did not have accurate information on scheduling in my file.Nurse Practitioner and Office Manager both have inferior interpersonal and communication skills. Request your follow up appointment to be with a doctor at this location on implants.

I had been a patient for 4yrs. They tried to charge me close to 300 dollars for a past bill from 6 months prior to my appointment. I was unable to pay so they didn't refill my meds. I was on the highest dose of lyrica which was 600mg a day. I was about to die for 15 days till I seen a different dr. NM pain center is all about money. They don't care about their patients!!! If I could give a half star rating I would.

For as long as I've been coming here I don't know everyone here very well but Everyone here is always so kind, I do know Karri and Rhetta very well and the care and concern I get from them is very genuine!! I couldn't or actually I WOULDN'T ask for a better care team, those two are the BEST!!
