What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“Two years ago, this clinic was excellent. They were close to home, empathetic, and the front desk staff provided outstanding customer service. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been very different. Wait times are now excessive, and when I asked for a manager or corporate contact, I was told there is only one manager for all 18 locations in New Mexico and Texas. I left multiple messages requesting a call back for medical records and only after several attempts did I receive a response--where I was told it could take up to 20 days and cost $25. This delay is a huge burden. I am in major chronic pain and my primary doctor needs these records to request an MRI. The MRI was previously denied because the clinic did not submit it correctly, and now I'm left waiting even longer to get the care I desperately need. On top of that, the clinic seems quicker to prescribe pain medication than to address the root of the problem. Not every patient wants to be offered opioids like oxycodone as the main solution -- many of us are looking for long-term answers and better quality of life. I don't usually write reviews, but this situation has been beyond frustrating. I have also submitted a complaint with the BBB. Patients in chronic pain deserve timely and compassionate support, not additional obstacles.”

“Please please don't go there. The MD there told me I might have a pinched nerve, I needed 2 different xrays and 1 MRI which I did get, the front desk made 3 different appointments for me which I keeper the first 2 I went they said I didn't have an appointment, same thing second appointment I asked if they got the results of x rays and mri they said no, luckily I had the results though my portal, I emailed it to the the desk and I waited there till they got it, she said I will have the doc see them and we will call you to let you know if I have a pinched nerve, never got a call, went in for the 3rd appointment they made for me on 9-23 I asked if they read the results the intake nurse said she did not know but would ask the MD waited at least 20 minutes before she came back and informed me I had a choice make a follow up appointment. Or get the epidural shot, without me knowing the results. I walked out knowing that I was NOT going to have a procedure without knowing if I even have a pinched nerve and never did the MD come into the room to explain anything. So please think twice .”

“My first visit to this office had me thinking this place was a God send. I was quickly proved wrong when trying to go back to my original medication while on a trip. I was told they would send it and then left out to dry over the whole labor day weekend. When I called the following week they told me something COMPLETELY different from what I was originally told. Nobody would explain.....nobody would call me back. I was treated like a number and not a person. Please do yourself a favor and don't establish yourself here. They lack empathy for suffering and are not true to their word. :(”

“Rude hateful people making a appointment in 6 months!!!! They tell you off like your a adolescent all they care about is giving a person steroids injections. While your laying on your stomach getting big needles in your back the doctor and nurses are talking about personal problems. I would not recommend these hateful people to my worst enemy. Over years I've seen people at pain centers act like this and NOW they are gone they no longer exist so I won't be surprised when these people go under because of how hateful they are. Don't make a appointment”
