“After receiving 3 months of care at NJ Institute, I feel compelled to share my experience. I met with the chiropractic team, pain management, orthopedics, and physical therapy, hoping for coordinated, one-stop care. Unfortunately, the reality was far from seamless. While the concept is great in theory, the execution is poor. Communication between departments is inconsistent, responsibilities are unclear, and mistakes are too easily dismissed with no ownership. It often felt like no one knew who was managing my care, and I was left to connect the dots myself. The one standout is the Physical Therapy team, especially Ely. They are professional, caring, and consistently engaged in patient progress. Sadly, the rest of the practice does not meet that same level of excellence. Until there is serious improvement in communication, organization, and accountability, I will be taking my business--and referrals--elsewhere.”

“I treated here for about a year. I must say I don't recommend this place if it is for a lawsuit case. The doctors are very confused, they have mixed up my two separate accidents and I ended up treating for both together which has messed up my cases. I spoke to the doctors multiple times raising this concern, the mistake was acknowledged and claimed they will seperate them, but there was no resolution; they ended up being one treatment. One of the doctors in fact ended up sitting with me and gaslighting me into saying how great my case was and the amounts I was looking at, taking away attention from the fact that both my files were combined together and the end result of it. The staff over all some of were very sincere, and some were very rude and unprofessional (attitude of a 18 year old girl and getting smart) I always had a hard time trying to make an appointment. It was impossible to reach the scheduling girls via phone or txt. Come to find out, there has been 3 girls in charge that had seperate phones but yet for 3-4 days I have been continuously texting for an appointment and I received no response. Treatment over all was ok and no wait time for me when I come in. Everything else was honestly not worth this place”
