What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“"Dr" Jain was condescending, rude, hostile. He did not listen to my knowledge of my medical condition nor of my past experience of treatments. He said "don't worry about it", "repeat what I said". He stormed out of the room yelling, "I will not prescribe for you, I will not treat you." Jain's manager dismissed my complaint. I had been respectfully treated at this office for a decade or more by Dr Nguyen and then Glenda Boykin NP, and was referred to Jain when G. Boykin NP retired. I was denied an appointment with anyone else in the practice. BHS Pain Management did not give me any explanation for denying me medical care.”
— Wendy Fulco
“Not good for fibromyalgia patients, I got a nice brush off and felt stigmatized, really felt like punching the guy out to be honest.”
— Vlad TheImpaler
“I have heard so many bad things about this clinic that I was scared to show up today januaray 21, 2019 at 10:00am. Appointment was at 10:30am but 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. So I flaked out for my appointment with Dr. D that I just froze and was a "No Show." Bad things said about him anywhere from he isn't nice, to he is detached, to uncompassionate and dismissive, to he just doesn't care about another person's pain, to there are better options available. These were people claiming to be patients, former patients, employees, to former employees, to working agencies like pulmonary, etc, etc, etc. Does anyone know if this is true or just rumors and gossip. Not unusual. Lots of gossip and rumors in Berkshire County, I heard. The common message, consistently by others is "stay away from that place" or "don't show up, it's not worth it." Anyone have any advice? I can be timid and shy and nervous, sometimes, so thanks for your feedback.”
— Dave Volin
“Sat and waited for doctors with no updates. Scheduling is awful. Making older patients and families waste time. No consideration for pain or people's lives.”
— Jason Furness
