“His staff is very rude. I waited 2 months for an appointment only for them to cancel it the same day because I was 15 mins early instead of 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. If this was communicated properly I could have filled out the paperwork before my appointment. I'm very disappointed at how rude his office staff was. I explained I had to get my child to school and his office manager said to me I should have thought about that before I scheduled my appointment for 8:30 am. Even though I arrived at 8:15 am. People are coming in while in pain, and barely able to manage coming in only to be treated like crap on top of being in PAIN! & then they told me to reschedule by calling instead of rescheduling me at the desk. Only to make things more difficult. I had higher hopes for this office and staff. Again I am very disappointed. Also this was at his Broadway North location.”
