“I received a bill for $1,885.00 because whoever does the billing or referrals did not do their job correctly. I have tried numerous times to work out this supposed debt with this office. I have called them on three way calls with my insurance company as well as with the PCP who sent the referral. I have insurance and because their office didn't do their job correctly, the insurance company kicked it back. Now they want to stick me with the bill because they didn't make sure my referral was in the patient portal before seeing me. I called to make sure they accepted my insurance ahead of time to make sure I wouldn't get stuck with a bill. The insurance company said they would have to eat this cost because they dropped the ball. I don't believe I should be stuck with a bill, when I have insurance, got the referral from my PCP, and did everything I was supposed to do prior to seeing them. I have repeatedly tried to get this issue resolved to no avail. Now they have sent me to collections. I saw Dr. Brimhall, who was very compassionate and understanding; however, the billing department or whoever deals with their referrals needs more training. As a practice, they should not penalize their patients when the office doesn't do what they should be doing in the correct manner in which they should do it. I would recommend checking with the referral department, billing department, and insurance company prior to seeing any doctor in this office or you may find yourself hit with a hefty bill.”

“Grateful!! That is the main word I would use to describe how I feel about the care I have received at Nevada Pain Care. I just want to say that both Andrew Gephardt and Dr. Eric Brimhall are excellent providers. I feel lucky to have found them. They are by-the-books, caring, and professional without a doubt. I really couldn't have asked to find better. They have gone above and beyond to help me get well and I could not be more thankful. It's nice to have providers that actually listen and address your concerns. Nevada Pain Care's staff is very attentive and understanding as well. I appreciate their time and assistance beyond measure. Prior to seeing Andrew, I was given really useless unhelpful diagnoses. And, I could not get the treatment I desperately needed. No real tests had been done about what I have been experiencing medically. I felt defeated and like I wasn't being taken seriously. Andrew sent me for the proper tests and to the right doctors that not only proved that what I was saying was actually happening, but, this has allowed for me to improve though proper and thorough treatment. Thank you Andrew for your compassion, kindness, and expertise. And, thank you Nevada Pain Care! I have hope now. Also, I would just like to mention that any time I have been asked who I am seeing for Pain Management here in Southern Nevada, the moment I say Andrew Gephardt, my other doctors have been quite pleased. Andrew and his associates are well-known and respected amongst their colleagues and in the medical community here in Las Vegas. This really puts my mind at ease. I highly recommend this practice. “I dont not recommend anyone loved ones in pain to this office if you want to be abused by front desk. My Husband was mistreated and not assisted accordingly. On purpose she will emplace false information about arrival so you can be attended two hr later and still not being attended when questioned front desk gets aggressive and doesn't assist instead will argue and will not provide you an office manager. DO NOT BRING your family in pain here.”
