I have also been to many pain management clinics.Our practitioners don't get enough credit or thanks for doing their jobs under the constraints our insurance providers but them in. So ,I just want to say this Shannon Signorino is the person I see there and hands down out of all the people I have dealt with over my many years of pain management she is the ONLY one who has taken the time to explain things to me in detail in a way I can understand so I can better make decisions regarding my health. I commend her for taking the time to be thorough when everyone has such limited time with their patients. She has made me comfortable to ask questions about why I'm having pain and then goes through all the options of what can be done so I can make an educated decision on what I want to do moving forward and together we make a plan. “Slow. Backed up. Overwhelmed. When you call, you will be 20-something in line.. And that can mean you are in line for a voicemail box.. Where no one will call you back. The coordination with insurance is appallingly slow and if you call they will be unpleasant and rude. It WILL take you 3 months to get care IF you call your insurance for them... In short, go anywhere but here.”
