Patient Testimonials
“I finally left NVCPC after about 5.5 years due to insurance change, but even if it had not changed, I would have left for another pain management facility. I finally got date(s) and follow-ups for my spinal injections. After waiting 3 months, partially due to my life issues (my mother's caretaker and my mother both passed away) and partially due to the fact that they had no appointments available at the time I could finally come, I went for my appointment. I was seated, in my gown and all my belongings in the bag they provide, and was being triaged for the procedure. Then I was waiting to get my anesthesia, when I told them "Remember I can't take ********, I have seizures from it!" They then told me that they ONLY use that particular anesthesia and recommended I TRY IT or do the injections without anesthesia...neither of which I was going to do. I told them to forget it and I got dressed and left. You would think that the PA, when I told her IN THE OFFICE that I couldn't take that particular anesthesia, would have told me that is all NVCPC used. All the months of waiting and spinal pain could have been avoided. I'm sure I would have found another pain management provider by then. What a waste of time and energy!”

“Customer service here really sucks .. I was trying my best to ignore the reviews. But I have experienced it for my self, the people that answer the phone calls always sound like they HATE their job and don't want to help you at all . Like your a pain clinic hmm people that are calling is because they are in pain and want to know what is the status on the referrals or the insurance claims.. and receptionists are really rude and answer the calls with sarcastic tones. I wish my doctor would had referred me to a different place.”

“Having returned 3 or 4 years later i couldn't be happier. Everyone was friendly and professional and my doctor, Dr. Kelner has always been a great doctor and professional. He was a great doc then and now. I don't understand a lot of the bad reviews however even when I was being seen before it was never bad or even close to the stuff they mentioned exceptfor the new patients not being able to reschedule with the front, that is true. I also working ina clinic lab and as a nurse so I understand why. But some people just like to complain i guess. Smh”

“Referred by primary Dr and was informed by the Dr at the pain center they only treat back pain. So this is only for back pain and Workman comp, persinal injury. This is not a pain management for anything other than back pain”
