“My experience from start to finish with neuspine has been poor. I was released from the hospital early March and made multiple attempts to get in earlier with neurosurgeon. No one called me back and I left two messages on different dates. When it came time for my appointment, Dr Saleh had no bedside manners or empathy. I have had issues with my spine since 2022. Dr Saleh did order a thoracic MRI follow-up which I did, only to find out after the fact by my secondary neurosurgeon, that he should have ordered both a thoracic and cervical MRI with & without contrast due to location of tumor on my spine, subjecting my body to more radiation than necessary. Needless to say, I cancelled my follow up appt to get results on the thoracic MRI because the tumor doesn't show. Will not be going back to NeuSpine. If you are not a surgical candidate, they dont seem to care or he certainly didn't offer recommendations outside of physical therapy which I believe is what put me in the hospital to begin with. Finally, my initial appointment was scheduled for 11 am and it took two and a half hours for the Dr to even come in to talk with me. That is unacceptable.”

“I've been to two locations and my experience has been sub standard. 1) During my first appointment (Lakeland location) I waited for hours. I was put in a room with an aggravating motion sensor light that kept turning off on its own. I met with the Dr. for 15 mins and it could have EASILY been a tele-health appointment. No value added. 2-3 hours of my life wasted. 2) Before my second appointment- they canceled and called me while I was driving to inform me. I asked them to send me the updated appt info. They didn't. I called them as soon as they opened on the day of the rescheduled appt and they didn't answer for 15 minutes. When I finally got through, they told me I needed to be there at 8:15 (the time it was when they were finally gracious enough to answer their phone). I drove like a wild lady to the office and waited 2+ more hours (the Dr. wasn't even at the office yet). 2-3 hours of my life wasted. 3) New location same wild ride! Wesley chapel for an EMG. I get there and there is one extremely inexperienced receptionist and an ENTIRE office full of people watching her struggle (and doing nothing). I was in line behind two people and it took her 30 mins to help us. I finally get to the desk and she accuses me of missing my appointment (while standing in line). She offered the option to wait to see if the 1245 no showed. If not- I'd have to reschedule. They showed so now they wasted three hours of my life at one appointment (where I wasn't even seen) that I'll never get back. They've been reported to Tricare and my MTF. I'll be going elsewhere.”

“Dr. Saleh himself is fabulous. I went from nearly debilitating pain to instantly having no pain after a spinal fusion. The office is a pain in the neck and minimally responsive after surgery and the wait times are extensive but as far as Dr. Saleh, he's wonderful. Highly recommend him.”

“I have been a patient at NeuSpine Institute for approximately 7 months. My primary referred me through my insurance company and I received response for initial assessment after a couple days. I was initially assessed at the Lakeland office by Dr. Mohammed Saleh and felt he was extremely thorough and highly professional. His office staff was very courteous and answered my questions themselves or acquired the answer quickly. I was then referred for procedure assessment with Dr. Grant and Dr. Patel at Zephyrills location and was able to be scheduled very quickly. At this appointment office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The doctors were very informative and explained plan of treatment thoroughly. I was able to be scheduled for procedure in two weeks, allowing time for prior approvals. If there was a deterrent in the way, the referral representative assisted every step of the way. As far as the somewhat painful injections, Dr. Patel and his nurses made sure I was as comfortable as possible and were very friendly making a difficult procedure as pleasant as possible. I would absolutely recommend this organization to anyone without hesitation.”
