Patient Testimonials

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Liu and his whole team! They have helped me twice now with nerve pain (after two different surgeries) and I really appreciate that Dr. Liu and his team care about each of the patients that come through his office. Thank you Neuroversion team!

Dr. Liu is ahead ah mazing. He checked on my Mom every evening during her hospital! Again, a great surgeon and caring doctor!

My first visit started at the front desk & they welcomed me with open arms & made it much easier to open up to my new Doctor.

I see this review process only as a way for whomever is responding to get the last word and besmirch any naysayers. The fact of the matter is, if you don't fit the mold they're looking for it's not going to work. I have each visit I've been to recorded, this particular Dr absolutely looked me straight in the face and lied. The two visits were so desperately different I thought I'd lost my mind. I, family (mom's a doc), and other medical providers have listened to the recordings, all assured me I was professionally gaslighted. If it was a movie he would get 100% rotten tomatoes, sadly it's my life. I was criticized for crying, obviously I was confused and had been sitting in a wooden chair for 2 hrs in severe pain waiting for all this fun to start. The nurse took me to the room explaining she'd get my urine as I was leaving. We had passed the bathroom and she was kind enough to notice the intense pain I was in so "we'll just do it on your way out". The first thing he asks when he walks in "why did you refuse to UA"? I immediately became defensive, how rude. This is when the visit just turned into absolute "story time" claiming what he was saying was all in my chart. Well bravo!!! I can put anything I want into a chart too. The odd thing it just doesn't match the recording. I have a very serious, extremely painful condition that can be somewhat controlled with a regimen of meds, only one a narcotic. The funniest part of all, I was asking for a pain pump which often removes the need for any other narcotic. So if I'm drug seeking yet begging for a pain pump....makes no sense. He stated I was unreliable, irresponsible and that he only does pain pumps for those he will go above and beyond for and I'm not one of the chosen. I have drug use in my past, no problem admitting this. He told me a few years ago to get clean and we could talk. I did as he asked but was told my clean time wasn't impressive, just a snap's worth of time. Any recovering addicts out there know 24 hrs is humongous but I was headed toward 3 yrs. Can't do any better than that. The answers to the bad reviews flip the story back onto the patient, psychosocial bull, socioeconomics causing our "outbursts". We need therapy or to find something better to do with our time. Well I'm doing exactly what my therapist told me to do. I have a life, limited as it is, you do not occupy anymore of my time than it took to write this. You let a person barely able to stand, crying, visibly shaken to the point driving should have been discouraged walk right out your door with no more compassion you'd give a mosquito. Some of us have had every injection known to mankind, every procedure you can name yet our conditions persist well beyond tolerable for any human. This man even told me I have one of the most painful conditions a human can have. In the literature it is compared to stage 4 metastatic cancer. At first I thought you were just an odd duck, but you are truly cruel, judgemental, dishonest and thoroughly cold hearted.....unless you feel like going "above and beyond". There is truly something wrong with you. Respond if you just can't stand not to but it's not worth it. Every last word spoken at each visit was legally recorded and put out for people to hear. Shame on you.
