Patient Testimonials

I was nervous about going to pain management place, but being in as much as I am, I'm happy I chose them. Ms. Amanda is amazing. She's ordered every test possible and referred me to other specialist to handle my pain. I am extremely grateful for this Dr office and Amanda. I would recommend them to everyone!!

I have had a great professional care experience with Pain and Neurology. For almost 10 years Dr. Bianca and Mr. Malone are kind, caring and helpful. I have 11 herniated disks , disk disease and spinal spondylosis. My days are challenging. Thanks to their help I am capable of enjoying my many Grandchildren. I also have extended family visits for 6-9 months out of state. Changing from my provider in Mississippi and back to Pain Neurology has been flawless. During Covid my Dad became ill and my elderly Mom broke her arm. The doctors and staff were extremely helpful with keeping my treatment on schedule.

I have never experienced a terrible service from doctors office. They literally don't care if you have brain tumor or intracranial hypertension. I have been trying to get MRI of my brain for almost three months and they did not care about puting a Rx for it. They wasted my time two three times going there and keep telling me we will get back to you. I am determined to write a letter to the board regarding their patient negligence and stress they put on patients. They have lots of bad reviews because whoever the owner is doesn't care about patients satisfaction instead care about money. I can't imagine how they treat people who are not well informed and older. I have never reported or wrote a letter to the board for any provider because I understand how hard it is to obtain a professional license and I tried to be patient with this clinic for the last 5 years, but they got worse in the last two years and enough is enough.

You will not believe the experience that I just had. Never had an experience like this before with my provider Amanda she is amazing by the way. Well, today I was placed with another provider whose name is Bianca Goo. This, lady was a trip. Rude at its finest. She is a very a very bad asset to the company. First, she walks into the room without using standard protocol (knocking) right away her demeanor is off. Then, when she asks the patient questions... she then scrutinized me. I will explain a little further she had asked me about a certain medication of mines and when I explained that I still be hurting... She then cuts me off and says "don't talk to me like that". In return I had to hold on to Jesus...I had to take my glasses off and tell her the devil is a liar and we are not going to do this. Because at this moment I am take aback by her approach. Mine you I never said anything but about how I am taking the medication around the clock and since the weather was bad for the last two weeks it was like taking raid. To get such a disturbing response blew me. "When I made a statement and said we are not going to do this". She hops like a rabid animal and told me to find another provider and was cursing all in the reception area. I casually walked out all while she is in a rage. When, I say they hire anybody and anyone in these offices nowadays. is mind blogging. And she fits the description of anybody and anyone!. Please hire people that shows empathy, integrity, decency, class(professionally) and most of all have great interpersonal skills. But the devil was not going to steal my joy!!!. That was definitely on her to look unprofessional and deranged. Everyone else was super duper sweet though one bad apple doesn't spoil the bunch for me!!! Hopefully no one else will experience this type of behavior.
