“I have been going to this office for over nine years. All of the care providers have always been super nice, take time to understand my concerns and always provide very satisfactory care. I am often seen earlier than my appointment and rarely wait more than 15 minutes. Different individuals have worked the front desk over the years but all have treated me respectful and courteously.”

“There was a mix up with my appointment because I originally cancelled the appointment due to the poor reviews I had read but I received a confirmation text on Monday to confirm my appointment. I called the office as soon as I received the text to see if I was still scheduled for a Tuesday afternoon appointment, I was told I was still scheduled for an appointment and to arrive 30 minutes early. I decided to go to the appointment and give the office a chance. When I arrived for my appointment 30 minutes early, the front desk person was originally rude but as we kept talking she become friendlier and polite. She said that she did not have me down for an appointment, I explained that someone the day before confirmed I was still on the schedule. That time slot had not been filled so she put me back on the schedule and had me fill out the new patient forms. I finished the forms 10 minutes before my appointment. The PA sent the nurse upfront to tell me my appointment would have to be rescheduled because it was scheduled for 3:15. I explained to her it was 3:05. She said she would talk to the Pa but the front office person said she would not see me. I would need to reschedule. I explained I had originally cancelled the appointment due to the bad reviews but decided to give them a chance. I did not reschedule. If I could write this review without having to submit one star I would. I never write reviews but this was the worse experience at any doctor's office I have ever encountered. I would not recommend this facility at all!!!”

“I have been a patient at the Sanford location for a couple of years. I have no negative complaints. Neema has always been very nice and professional. She has worked with me and, keeps my pain level tolerable. If any changes in my condition, she tries her best to help. I really appreciate the time she takes to listen. I have never had more than a 15 min wait.”

“I would otherwise give this facility a five, but the receptionist makes me want to give it zero stars. She is cold, rude, and sometimes makes me feel like a child who is being scolded, despite me always being polite and following the instructions asked of me. Sanford is much closer for me, but I go the extra distance to Lillington simply so I can avoid the Sanford receptionist. Recently I had to drop something off at the Sanford office, took my son with me, and he said as soon as the lady looked up at him, he knew she was the mean one I had warned him about. I certainly understand customer service jobs are NOT EASY, and I am not taking away from this, however, when I mentioned this issue to the staff in Lillington, they said they heard this complaint many times before me. That is telling, if you ask me. Please consider getting a receptionist like the staff in Lillington. They are incredible! Also, every other member in Sanford is amazing and makes me feel cared for!! It is only the main receptionist who makes me waste my time and gas simply to avoid her. Sad.”
