Patient Testimonials

I went to Dr Neuendorf a few years ago and he was terrific in every way. He ended up doing Nerve Blocks and Ablations in my neck and advised me that it would work until the nerves found other pathways, it's lasted about 6 years. Just starting to have issues again.

For many years I was a patient of Dr Neuendorf. I had a good relationship with the Dr and his staff. They even asked me to speak at an event they held at a local hotel telling their prospective patients about my experience and the improvements in the quality of life I experienced as his patient. Essentially I was chosen as the "poster boy" for their practice. Four years ago we moved to Florida so, obviously, I switched to a pain management MD there. We have now moved back to Ohio so I immediately contacted Dr Neuendorf's office to return to his practice. While I was in Florida I maintained exactly the same levels of medication as I had been taking when I was Dr Neuendorf's patient. I was initially told the Dr would take me back. Today I received a call telling me he refuses to treat me and I need to find a different pain management doctor. His reason, because of the medications I am taking. The only medication I added in Fl was medical marijuana, which I am willing to give up. The biggest problem is I have an internal pain pump which will run out of medication in 9 days. This is the same pain pump Dr Neuendorf implanted in me years ago. When it runs out of medication I will immediately start experiencing extreme pain and will hear an alarm from the pump every 5 minutes. (When a previous pump failed I went through the alarm cycle which prevented me from sleeping for two days, on top of the additional pain.) I don't know what happened to Dr Neuendorf over the last 4 years but be has become a callous person who obviously has zero concern about his patients. Any physician who would turn away a previous patient who never gave him any problems is a heartless and mean spirited person who has no place practicing medicine. Avoid this man like the plague.

This is a real quack who should consider getting a different job because he sucks as a so called doctor.I've seen him yell at an elderly lady in his office then 5 minutes later he was yelling at a young girl who worked in his office telling her she was a screw up and he had her in tears. Maybe one day he will yell at the wrong lady and swing her cane at him. U highly recommend not going to him unless you love drama.
