“Dr. Naftulin is my doctor at the Scranton location but I traveled here for an injection appt. Dr. Naftulin was knowledgeble, friendly, and confident he could help my back pain. My appt was explained thoroughly step by step and I already have relief. The staff was also friendly. I didn't catch the name of the man who helped prep me and then helped me in recovery afterwards, but he was so great and eased my worries. He deserves recognition. I highly recommend this practice. I was very happy with my visit.”

“Dr. Scott Naftulin was unkind and very disrespectful. Never have I had a doctor yell at me for questioning a diagnosis, a diagnosis my primary care physician believed needed review. Even went as far to say another physician was wasting time with tests scheduled. Thankfully the neurologist didn't feel it was a waste of time and tests did confirm a misdiagnosis. If I could give a 0 star rating I would.”

“Going to Dr. F. was was a mistake and a colossal waste of time. This physician has done little to nothing to help my pain, but has no issue with charging thousands of dollars to my health insurance. There is no empathy here... I went to NERA because of severe lower back pain. I didn't feel like I was listened to. I had several appointments but was not taken seriously. As my pain escalated to the point that my employment was at stake, my Dr offered absolutely no help or compassion. My Dr. was totally complacent and actually looked bored as I tried to explain my pain, appointment after ineffective appointment. She could not care less when I told her that I was let go from my employer. I don't regret many things in life, but I do get very upset when I realize how much time that I wasted at NERA! The Dr was worried more about the insurance money and the risk of prescribing a low level pain medication than managing my pain! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD! If you want your pain managed, do not go here, as you will be offered inferior treatments instead of compassionate help.”
