I went in with high expectations, but it quickly became clear that their focus was more on securing payments and pushing memberships than delivering the service I'd paid for. The staff's attention to detail was lacking, to put it mildly. The person operating the spinal decompression table seemed clueless--barely aware of what they were doing and with next to no experience. Even after I pointed out that the machine was misaligned, nothing changed. Then there's the fact that my 20-minute session started four minutes late and ended two minutes early, yet I was still charged the full rate. The office staff couldn't have cared less when I brought it up--no empathy, no effort to make it right. So, after that second session, I walked out, mentally firing them on the spot.”

I was afraid it was going to be a waste of time and it was!!”

“Literally the biggest scammers of all time they should be ashamed of themselves double billing an insurance company for a tins unit charging $450 and then adding another $495 for a cheap attachment that you can clearly go online and see it's a $29.95 tins unit and a $60attachment!! Sickening to pretend they care for patients when really they want to keep you at least the whole hour and charge for spinal adjustments when I have never been adjusted in that office because I've had 3 neck surgeries so they are scamming insurance companies and there customers because you are not a patient to them!!! My insurance company is being notified of all of these false charges as well! And the proof is in the photos attached if you don't believe me you can see with your own eyes! Literally called medical fraud!!!! Oh and yes my bad my name was incorrect so I fixed it so now look me up and tell me I'm wrong!”
