I was in terrible pain & nauseous by the time I was seen. No explanation was given for the delay. Then my procedure was scheduled for Oct 12 and they called & moved it to the 26th because Dr. Coleman was off on the 12th.”

“I went to Dr. Coleman. I let him place a spinal cord stimulator In the lower left of my back in 2014. It has been 5+years I have not saw Dr. Coleman since. He has never made contact with the only me. Now the stimulator does not work at all. When it was programmed properly out of 100% pain relief I only received 50% of that. I apologized for this review. But I believe I should be compensated for pain and suffering with mental stress and anguish. (Punitive damages).”
