“9-13-2022 Well after going to him 8 years, on May 17 had to go in 6 weeks early for a appt. because he decide to go home to visit Nigeria/another patient in his office that day said he was building a hospital back home. So Medical state board came in & shut his office down I heard this med. refill was cut off first of Aug. so I barely got my last script on July 29th, as of March 10, 2022 he had been subpoena to court in OKC & was put on probation for 5 years & fined $20,000 with a year to pay it, also if you type his name in search go to where say medical board of Oklahoma all info is there he's been in court the last 3 years in March for simular charges of not keeping accurate records, or recommend physical therapy or other methods for pain relief & not doing urine test or other devices for his patients care, not often enough to check patients level of meds . Now having to struggle to get in a new pain management doctor & not eligible for surgery due to my back deterioration & hips/tailbone. Also its been over month Medical Board shows him still ACTIVE but he's NOT ACTIVE, even phone message says he been put on HOLD pending this CONFLICT WITH MEDICAs STATE BOARD. Has put not only me, but lots others with no help now. Still trying to get into a new pain management Doctor & in LOTS OF DAILY pain & withdrawals now too, PCP primary doctors aren't allowed to prescribe high doses of pain meds with all the new opioids laws, because of people who abuse the stuff. So I do Not Recommended”

“Dr. Henry is a fantastic human being. He was the only Dr. that took the time to talk to my neighbor about what she was going thru with her 4 blown discs in her lower back. He's a very compassionate man. If you need a Dr. who listens to you then go see him.”

“Horrible experience. Treated me with no respect and blamed me for my back pain. He still ended up giving me spinal shots that cost thousands of dollars that didn't do a thing, even now. I found out later the same year that all my pain was because of testicular cancer that had spread into my abdomen. And the fact that he gave other people oxycontin and had to testify about it in court is ridiculous, when it was obvious I was in pain. Don't put yourself through anything I had to go through with this man and never set foot in his office.”
