“I just called the on call doctor and her name was Ilene the first thing she said the was did you wake me up because you are in pain. I said excuse me and she repeated her self. I had to asked her three times who was it I speaking to before she would give me her name. She said if I am in that much pain that I should go into the ER because there was no place to call a prescription into at 1 o'clock in the morning. When I mentioned the 24hr CVS she said she don't think I should take the oral version of the medication that helps and that she could send something in the morning. If she doesn't want anyone waking her up she should not be an on call doctor. I have never had a doctor be so rude. I will be putting in a formal complaint first thing Monday morning. Update: The staff at the actual office have reached out to me multiple times to check on me and I am very grateful that they have been working with me to get me better.”
