What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“Awful. Just plain awful. Let's start with the Admin that are glued to their phone and look annoyed when your are at the window. They are plain rude. They forgot to get my copay one day and instead of sending me a letter, email or call they sent it to collections after 1 month. The NP Steve was horrid. I asked why I couldn't see a Dr and he said why would I need to and he had the worst bedside manner. He grilled me on my meds before realizing they were very old and used for only 3 days for surgery. On top of that 2 appointments were cancelled because they called and because I didn't pick up it was cancelled per the front desk staff. They are looking for a fast buck. Tell you to come back the next week and next week at 40$ a visit with no plan to help. If your looking for compassion and competency then go someplace else”

“Frustrating experience from start to finish. Rude office. Rude PAs. Incredibly disrespectful to me, so much so that I stopped taking my husband to his appnts. No sense that they actually cared. And this is a PAIN management center. Their patients are in enough pain that they're seeking expert intervention. They actually kicked my husband out of the office and refused to help him further after convincing him to undergo an incredibly expensive surgery. When that didn't relieve his pain fully, they refused to continue meds. Medical marijuana is absolutely against their principles and they refuse to treat anyone who may utilize that for pain relief. If I could give zero stars I would!”

“Nothing bad to say. They manage my pain meds and are by the book strict. Edit: 1 star - I went to my appointment and was told that it was cancelled. I said by who? She said I have a note saying we called you last week and she said she left you a message. That's a complete lie. My voice-mail box has been full for thr past year, you can't leave messages. I said, well if I miss an appointment you charge $75... so pay me $75 now for you missing the appointment. Nope. Reschedule. Nah, I'm not playing games with this place. I'll go elsewhere”

“I took my mother to the pain clinic to see if they could address some issues she was having with her hip arthritis. We had already ruled out a hip replacement because of her age, and she already had injections that were proving to be no longer effective. The whole staff, from office, nurse, and NP were incredibly caring in dealing with my mom. They genuinely seemed supportive of her concerns with pain and worked to come up with a plan to try and help her. They were respectful and definitely made her feel comfortable and appreciated.”
