“I was scheduled to see a pain doctor but I met with his assistant who very rushed. The appointment lasted 15 minutes. She already assumed I needed another injection in my back. My primary care had sent them all my report in January. They were not knowledgeable about my condition. Driving two hours out of town for medical care was an absolute waste. I also confirmed if my insurance coverage will pay for all costs. However they are billing me $38 for uncovered expenses. Their office billed $585 for this visit. No wonder health cost keep soaring.
