“I have only had positive experiences with Dr. Li, Hannah (PA) & the office staff and MA's. My only negative is the phone system. Too many press this, press that before you are finally connected to a live person. It would be nice if we were able to reach a live person on the first try if we truly have a clinical issue. I understand it's a large, busy practice, but our issues are still very important to us at the time we call, not 24-48 hours later! Thanks so much for the exemplary service!”

“Warning This practice discriminates and refuses care, based on insurance coverage. Medicare Advantage patients are denied all services. They just want your Copayment. I was forced to retire at 48. I was a Radiology Administrator, They did not know this. I fired them after 2nd visit, PA would not prescribe an anti-inflammatory. I was refused epidurals and nerve ablation.”

“Everyone is nice and friendly except the woman who makes appointments when you leave in the TR office . Every time I've interacted with her she is grumpy gives off a vibe that you are bothering her. I had to have an ablation I decided to change from doing it in the office to a surgicenter. When I called this woman she yelled at me "well you have to fill out forms, have you had an EKG lately???, the forms will be in the office". Basically hung up on me. I never went back. She should not be dealing the public”

“They absolutely saved my life, I could not walk and needed a cortisone shot, for two months prior I was using another doctor, I was told by the office people a new girl there wrote the wrong wording on the submission paper that goes to the insurance company for approval, for that reason I was denied. I stressed to them I had a vacation and big job that took me out of state for a month and needed to have the shot they promised me it would be done, I had to go back for them to assess me and for Dr. To expedite approval number so he can do the procedure, to no avail, I was devastated. A day before I was supposed to leave still could not walk, I found Premier Pain Center, the office staff and doctor stayed after hours to look over my paperwork, MRI, X-ray, Etc. The next day he was able to accommodate my need and I was off and walking again pain free!. Truly amazing that people rallied and worked that hard for me. To assure I would be okay. I have no more words to thank them and let the whole world know they are the best people, doctors, and staff I have ever come across. Thank you again, Lori”
