“the staff is ridiculously friendly!!! I've had several RFA procedures on both my knees with a different DR at another practice. this is the first time I've had the procedure numbed for me! I can not say enough about how different that makes the process of this procedure!!! she simply told me that I shouldn't have to feel the pain of that part and that she didn't like causing pain. I don't think I've been more grateful for a DR! And she was VERY knowledgeable about the procedure!!! im very grateful for my referral here!”

“I've Been Going To Intervention Pain/ National Spine For 12 Years and I Still Do But It's Really Terrible For Patients, the Atmosphere Is Tense And It's Just People Who Have Been Fired and Terminated. It's Rude Receptionist, Who Were Trained To Be Rude. Office Manager Brenda Williams Who Always Treats Patients and Staff Horrible.paperwork And Procedures And Follow Up She Is Very Vindictive, With Patients Who Complain, Three Black" PA'S Fired, A Korean, PA Fired! She Doesn't followup on the Situation Like MRI'S and Paper Work Sent to Wrong Institutions. The Reviews are Not Published, Lots of Patience Have Left because Brenda" Will GET YOU GONE! Patients Or STAFF!! I'm Suffering Right Now Because She Doesn't FOLLOW UP WITH PHARMACY IF THEY CALL HER AT THE OFFICE SHE DOESNT REPOND, FOR QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE PATIENCE QUALITY OF LIFE IM A CANCER SURVIVOR AND JUST HAD HAND AND ELBOW SURGERY SHE IS COLD!! I would leave a 5 star review, however, I have called multiple times throughout the month and they've only answered the phone twice. I have left messages and they ask you only leave one, but they never call back. It's extremely frustrating and I hope it can be fixed.”
