“Pain Management specialist. You only see the doctor for specific procedures. For normal and follow up visits you see a nurse practitioner. Staff is friendly but changes often. For 2026, they are implementing a mandatory online check-in procedure. If you fail to complete the online check-in they will reschedule your appointment and refuse to refill your medication. If you are elderly or have no access to a computer or a smart phone, they expect you to use a public computer or find some other way to get on line. This new process apparently does not replace any check-in you do when arriving at the office. I feel this entire process will be overly cumbersome and unfair, especially for people that do not have easy online access.”
